If there are important things which you could do today, then never let a day pass without you doing that task. Imagine if you keep on moving all your deadlines, you would surely be bombarded with work for the next day! Well, the key to this is very simple: to manage stress means managing your time. Stress And Time Management: Controlling The Two
The hard part comes when you are being buffeted with a heavy workload each day. You do not have time to rest and you do not have time to simply have fun. When working in an office, the most possible thing that you can do to control both stress and time management is to properly delegate the tasks. Do not do some other people’s work or else you’ll wind up long hours in your office instead of getting out early to get some sleep. As much as possible, delegate what you have to delegate, and make sure that you are doing your work as fair and as correct as possible. Once you get to practice the distribution of tasks, you’ll learn how to manage your time effectively therefore avoiding stress. At the same time, your office mates will also be relieved of stress because the task has been properly divided among them.
Living a stress free life is impossible. But learning how to balance stress and time management will help you control the stress that comes your way. If you tried doing this once, then it will be easier for you to do it again. Just keep on doing things the right way and always spare some leisure time for yourselves to avoid meeting up with stress.
