<description>I am a psychotherapist and I deal with stress related issues quite alot. I believe the theory of stress is a perception that we are not in control.
So to combat this we need to take control over the things that we can and let go of the things that we cannot. "Don't sweat the small stuff". Easier said than done I must add but never the less still achievable. Prioritizing is a key. Deciding what is important and what is not as important.
Take control, be proactive.
